EggRoll's Art Journal: Entry 1

As you may have noticed I don't really like posting journals about trivial things such as my day/life/why I haven't been working on requests/other personal muckamoo because to be perfectly honest:
They're annoying.

Most journals of that caliber tend to go ignored, and aren't much fun to read anyway so I've decided that whenever I want to tell the internet about how my life away from the computer is going I'll post it as artwork with a long description. Problem solved. I don't know how often these will be posted or what they'll contain writing-wise, but hey, at least there'll be a cute picture for you guys to look at, right?

First attempt is a go:
So I've been absent for a bit as you may or may not have noticed. My family and I decided to drive down to Florida for a week in order to spend four of those seven days at Disney, which we haven't visited in at least seven years. Oh lordy it was fun... But now I'm wiped out, and cranky so as soon as we got back I started being impatient for the week to start so all these people I'd been spending my second childhood with would go to work/camp and cease to bother me. Come Monday I had the house(mostly) to myself with Pocky coming to spend the day with me. Things were grand indeed. Then there was a small tornado ten minutes away and we lost power. Sadly, the power is still not back up, and I've been listening to a generator hum just outside my window all day, but hey, at least we have one.
I'll probably get around to being busy with creating soon so just be patient with me while I find my muse again. Thanks for reading if you did!
